WY Dept of Fire Prevention & Electrical Safety (WSFM) adopted 2024 IBC/IFC/IEBC effective June 28, 2024 as the minimum for public buildings and unincorporated areas without local enforcement. Cheyenne, Laramie, and Laramie County have adopted the 2024 IBC; Casper/Natrona County adopted the 2024 I-Codes.

- Local. Cheyenne Building Safety; Casper Building Inspection Division; City of Laramie Code Administration; Laramie/Natrona/Teton counties for unincorporated parcels. WSFM acts as AHJ in jurisdictions without a local building department.
